Targeted alleviation of the mino rity poverty in the Western China is one important mission of shared development of the ＂One Road,One Belt ＂ Strategy. Under the ＂One Road,One Belt＂ strategy,the western minorities have some superiorities in the aspects of regions,resources and policies,etc. On the other hand,the western minority also are faced with some predicaments in the areas of fundamental public service shortage,social security system delay,and poor capability of overcoming poverty. With the assistances of ＂ One Road,One Belt＂ strategy,enhancing the equalization of fundamental public services,enriching fundings of targeted alleviation of the poverty and promoting the educations of targeted alleviation of the poverty are effective approaches.
