Compared to constructive land,the non-constructive land is a base or support of regional development,and that is important in the balance of regional land use structure,creating a good environment.With rapid expansion of construction land in the fringe,the rational use,protection and control of non-constructive has been put on the agenda.From the analysis of existing problems,the paper explore land use planning patterns in the fringe,that is,integration of land space,the development of urban agriculture,building an landscape corridor and ecological barrier,reserved constructive land,etc.And proposed three control methods,that is policy guidance,classification regulation,constraints of expansion of constructive land.
