上海深紫外自由电子激光实验装置(SDUV-FEL)光学系统控制基于EPICS系统框架,通过其各种软硬组件实现了对光路控制,光束品质测量等功能。改进措施从BaslerCCD探测器集成出发,绘制了新的OPI,设计了步进电机串口网络控制系统。这些工作将进一步地提高光学系统的简洁性和集成度,使其更加稳定,易于操作并且便于维护。
Background: The optical system controlling of Shanghai Deep Ultraviolet Free-Electron Laser (SDUV-FEL) is based on EPICS system framework. It contains hardware and software to realize the functions like optical path control, beam quality measurement and so on. Purpose: Some improvements are needed so as to facilitate the operation and the safety of the maintenance and repair. All parts of this system should be integrated to the EPICS framework. Methods: We have made following improvements: integration of Basler CCD to EPICS, new OPI, controlling system of stepper motor through serial network. Results: All basic functions of the CCD and motor control are realized, meanwhile, all the optical systems are under the control of EPICS, which meet the need for FEL experiments. Conclusions: This work will make further enhance simplicity and integration of the optical system, which will become more reliable, easily operated and maintained.
