为了解决从源头抑制雷电(尤其是感应过电压)对电气电子产品的损坏干扰,设计了一种新三级的防雷模块基板。首先从设计出一个不影响正常工作,而且能够泄放过电压的防雷电路模型开始;随后根据压敏电阻的容量大小设计出三种不同规格的过流保险丝,进而形成三种不同的方案;最后分别对上述三种方案进行实验,以及结合电路模型进行分析,选出最理想的一种方案。
A new three-staged lightning protection module substrate is proposed to restrain the interference of lightning (extremely induced overvohage) to electronic products from the fountainhead. Firstly, a reasonable lightning protection circuit model which can release overvoltage with no influence to normal operation is designed. Then, we design three different specifications of over current fuses according to MOVes capacity size; finally the experiments is carried out on the three schemes above, and analysis is carried out combined circuit model to chose the best one.
