建立了永磁直线同步电动机无传感器功率角测量数学解析方程,该方程通过在单相电枢绕组上施加高频电压,根据电机的凸极效应、动子位置、高频电流三者之间的关系,求取电机的功率角。设计了基于TMS320F2812处理器为核心的功率角检测系统。侧重介绍了永磁同步直线电机功率角测量的基本原理、高频电流信号幅值的获取方法、高频信号发生器的设计、耦合电容器和电压电流互感器的选型、高频带通滤波器的设计、A/D转换模块与DSP的接线以及实验分析。实验表明,该方法实时性好,且精度满足要求。
Established the mathematical analytical model of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor sensorless power angle measurement. Through imposing high-frequency voltage on the single-phase armature windings, according to relationship among the salient-pole effects, rotor location and high-frequency current, got the motor power angle. Designed power angle detection system based on TMS320F2812 processor. Introduced the measurement principle of PMLSM power angle, access method of high-frequency current signal amplitude, design of generator, selection coupling capacitors and transformer, design of band-pass filter, wiring of A / D and DSP. Experiments show that method has good real-time and accuracy to meet the requirements.
