In the central meeting on urbanization, the reforming of the steps of landscape planning under the guide of eco-philosophy and eeo-methodology was put forward. The assessment before the landscape design is an essential part in guiding the urban and suburban constructions. An entirely scientific assessment system should be built to reasonably and comprehensively assess the landscape value of ecosystem, aesthetics and economy in the original scenic model of the countryside, which is not only to replenish the theory researches of the existing assessment models, but also to be introduced into the construction of current urbanizations.
