近年来,社会责任被给予的关注度逐步提高,越来越多的企业开始将社会责任纳入公司文化和组织管理中,企业社会责任已经成为新的竞争要素。随着全球化进程的不断深入以及企业合作化趋势的不断发展,社会责任逐渐突破传统的单一企业范畴,开始向供应链上下游延伸。供应链社会责任,尤其是跨国供应链社会责任管理成为研究的主流。据此,在梳理相关文献的基础上将社会责任的发展划分为三个阶段:企业社会责任阶段(SR1.0)、供应链社会责任阶段(SR2.0)和产业集群社会责任阶段(SR3.0)。
In recent years,the attention to social responsibility has been gradually increased. More and more companies begin to incorporate social responsibility into corporate culture and organizational management.Social responsibility has become a newcompetitive factor. With the deepening development of globalization and the growing trend of cooperation between companies,social responsibility is gradually extending from the traditional single-company efforts to the upstream and downstream companies of supply chains. The social responsibility of supply chain,especially in social responsibility management of cross-border supply chain,has become the study mainstream. Based on relevant literature reviewaccordingly,the development of social responsibility is divided into three stages: corporate social responsibility stage( SR1. 0),supply chain social responsibility stage( SR2. 0) and industrial clusters social responsibility stage( SR3. 0).
