The sulfate type low-grade solid potash tailings in Dalangtan were processed by screening and different particle sized ore samples were analyzed by chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction（XRD）.Insoluble substances in the potash ore were analyzed by XRD and X-ray fluorescence（XRF）and typical particles were analyzed by scanning electron microscope（SEM）and XRD.The study conducted by analysis of the characteristics of the tailings is of reference significance to the comprehensive utilization of the low grade sulfate type solid potash ores in Dalangtan.
