Entrepreneurial strategic eompetencies play an important role in the structure ot entrepreneunal competeneies. This paper studies components of entrepreneurial strategic competeneies by theoretical review, entrepreneurial interview, pilot test and survey based on 121 Zhejiang province＇s enterprises. The result is that entrepreneurial strategic competencies consist of strategic formulation competencies, strategic implementation competencies and strategic change competencies. This result is useful for future research and strengthening entrepreneurial strategic competencies pertinently.
