采用电渗双电层理论与固体除湿剂吸附理论相结合的方法,分析了电渗效应再生固体除湿剂的可能性,并设计了实验方案。利用比表面及孔隙度分析仪测试得到沸石的吸附等温线类型为型,孔容大小为0.358cm3/g。实验得到30 V电压下的沸石电渗效应临界含水率在50%~55%之间,大于沸石的饱和含水率;电渗效应未能实现沸石再生,与理论分析吻合。
Combined with the electro-osmosis electric double layer theory and adsorption theory of solid desiccant,the possibility of electro-osmosis regeneration method for solid desiccant was analyzed,and the experimental program was designed.The surface area and pore size analyzer was used to test the adsorption performance of the zeolite in the experiment.The results show that the adsorption isotherm of the zeolite is type,the cumulative pore volume is 0.358 cm3/g;the critical electro-osmostic moisture content of the zeolite is between 50% and 55% when the voltage is 30 V,which is higher than the saturated moisture content of the zeolite.These results showed that the zeolite failed to be regenerated by electro-osmosis regeneration method,which coincided with theoretical analysis.
