针对高速永磁电机转子旋转产生较大的离心力的问题,对高速表贴式永磁电机转子强度进行研究,改进碳纤维保护套的转子应力分析方法。考虑到转子的实际温度与不均匀分布,建立基于温度场和应力场耦合的有限元模型,提高了转子应力计算的准确性;建立护套厚度和永磁体的装配过盈量的关系模型,基于多场考虑更加合理的选取护套厚度和过盈量;针对护套受弯曲应力的问题,提出了一种混合护套的方法。经过分析表明,混合护套可以降低护套的弯曲应力,提高转子的机械强度安全系数。
In order to solve the problem which the permanent magnets can be damaged for the tremendous centrifugal stress when the high-speed permanent magnet rotor rotates in large circumferential linear velocity ,the mechanical strength of high-speed permanent magnet rotor was researched, and the stress analysis method of the rotor with carbon fiber sleeve was improved; Considered the actual temperature and uneven distribution of the rotor, the finite element model based on the coupling of temperature field and stress field is established, which improved the accuracy of rotor stress calculation; The model of sleeve thickness and the interference of the permanent magnets was established. Based on multi field coupling, which can more reasonable choose the thickness of the sheath and the interference. In order to solve the problem which the bended stress of the sleeve, a method of hybrid sleeve method was presented . The analysis shows that the mixed jacket can reduce the bended stress of the sleeve and improve the safety factor of the mechanical strength of the rotor at the highest speed.
