Drug accessibility is an important evaluation indicator that measures health system performance in meeting people＇s need for drugs.Based on literature research method and theory analysis,three levels of evaluation indicator system of drug accessibility are explored.The study shows the evaluation indicator system of drug accessibility includes drug availability,good supply,utilizable,affordable and responsiveness ability.The issues of drug accessibility cover eight aspects,including disease type,drug type,drug number,drug information,drug cost,science and technology level,time and space.So improving drug accessibility is a system project.We should set up common view and cooperation in drug many fields,such as RD,manufacture,supply,use,pricing and insurance.
