主要对硬质合金刀具在较高的速度范围内干车削Ti6Al4V进行了正交试验。获得了干切削状态下切削力与刀具寿命的经验公式,分析了切削力、刀具磨损与切削路程-试验时间的关系,同时研究了刀具的磨损形态和磨损机理,粘结、扩散、氧化是硬质合金刀具的主要磨损机理。最后。通过对刀具寿命-切削效率的分析,给出了硬质合金刀具在干切削状态下合理的切削参数。
A series of orthogonal turning tests was carried out on a CA6140 lathe in higher speed scale. The experiential functions of resultant cutting force and tool life based on orthogonal experiment were developed. Then, the relationship between cutting force, tool wear and test time was analyzed. The tool wear morphologies and wear mechanisms were researched, adhesion, diffusion and oxidation were the major mechanisms of carbides tool. Finally, the optimized cutting parameters in Ti6Al4V dry turning were suggested based on tool life -efficiency analysis.
