目的探寻不同生长环境对朝鲜淫羊藿结实及有效成分的影响。方法采用HPLC法和UV法分别测定不同生长环境中朝鲜淫羊藿有效成分淫羊藿苷和总黄酮的含量,并用one-way ANOVA统计分析不同生长环境朝鲜淫羊藿的结实特征参数。结果对不同生长环境朝鲜淫羊藿结实特征比较发现:光照强度较低的生长环境1,单株平均结实数最多,光照强度适中的生长环境2,单株平均开花数最多且种子质量最佳;对不同生长环境朝鲜淫羊藿茎与叶中的有效成分淫羊藿苷和总黄酮的含量比较发现,生长环境2植株茎和叶中两者含量均最高。结论较低的光照强度可以提高植株的单株平均结实数,而适度增强光照有利于提高单株平均开花数和种子质量,并且有利于有效成分淫羊藿苷和总黄酮的积累。
Objective To explore the effects of the different habitats on fruiting characteristics and active components in Epimedium koreanum. Methods The contents of total flavonoids and icariin in the different habitats of E. koreanum were measured by HPLC and UV, and parameters of fruiting characteristics were an- alyzed using one-way ANOVA statistical analysis. Results The average number of fruiting per plant was higher in the habitat 1 under low light intensity, and the average number of flowering per plant was higher in the habitat 2 under moderate light intensity by the comparisons of fruiting characteristics. The comparisons of the contents of total flavonoids and icariin in the different habitats of E. koreanum demonstrated that both the contents were the highest either in the stems or in the leaves of habitat 2. Conclusions Lower light intensity can improve the average number of flowering per plant. Appropriate higher light intensity can increase the average number of fruiting per plant and seed quality, and contribute to the accumulation of the total fla- vonoids and icariin.
