为系统分析宏微驱动技术研究现状,分别完成了宏微驱动技术中4种常用的宏驱动系统驱动方式及2种常用的微驱动系统驱动器研究现状分析;在总结宏微驱动技术发展现状的基础上分析了该技术发展过程中存在回转运动研究滞后于直线运动研究、宏微驱动系统体积大且结构复杂、系统控制滞后于结构设计、研究成果转化严重滞后于技术研究等问题;为解决该技术发展过程中存在的问题提出了相应的解决方法。
In order to comprehensive analysis of research status and existing problems in macro/micro dual-drive technology,the analysis of research status for four commonly drive ways of macro system and two commonly drivers of micro system which used in the technology with macro/micro dual-drive are completed. The existing problems in this research are analyzed based on summary of the research status,such as the research on rotary motion is lags behind linear motion,the volume of macro/micro dual-drive system is large and structure is complex,the control of the system is lags behind the structure design,and achievement transformation is serious lags behind the technology research. As to solve the problems existing in the process of the technology development,the corresponding solutions are presented.
