采用固相反应法制备了Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS)粉体材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对样品的形貌和晶体结构进行了表征,采用紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计对样品的光学性能进行了测试,研究了热处理温度对CZTS样品的晶体结构、光吸收系数和禁带宽度等性能的影响关系.研究结果表明:使用固相反应法在热处理温度高于500℃时,得到的CZTS粉体材料结构为典型的锌黄锡矿晶体结构,其禁带宽度为1.45eV,SEM照片显示样品粒径为50μm的粉体.该材料可以用来压制CZTS靶材,可以用在CZTS薄膜材料的制备领域
Cu2 ZnSnS4 powder was prepared by solid phase reaction method. The powder samples' Crystal structure and micro morphology were characterized with SEM and XRD, and the optical properties of samples was tested by UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer. The relationship among of heat treatment temperature with CZTS powder's crystal structure, optical absorption coefficient and the band gap effect was studied. The result shows that the Kesterite structure CZTS powder was suceesed prepared by ing solid phase method while annealing temperature exceed 500℃. The CZTS power is formed with 50μm little particles, and the band gap width of CZTS power is 1.45 eV. The CZTS power can be used to prepare the CZTS target.
