为了研究T92铁素体钢在高温时效后的硬度变化,对其在温度700℃、725℃和750℃下进行了时效试验,结果表明’随温度的提高和时间的延长,T92钢的硬度会逐渐下降,时效温度是硬度变化的主要影响因素;硬度的降低会加剧材料蠕变寿命的损耗。结合试验数据拟合出时效硬度与Larson—Miller参数之间的关系,按照Larson—Milter参数整理得到T92钢的硬度下降规律与试验值基本一致。
Directing against hardness variation of T92 ferritic steel after aging tinder high temperature,a test analysis has been carried out. It is believed that the hardness of said steel may he gradually reduced along with enhancing the operation temperature and lengthening the operation time. An approach to the relationship between hardness and creep property of materials has been made, results show that the decrease of hardness may intensify the creep life loss of material.
