Based on T-convex fuzzy sets, the notion of locally T-convex fuzzy topological vector space （I-tvs） is proposed, where T is a triangular norm. Several examples of locally T-convex I-tvs are illustrated. Some properties of locally T-convex I-tvs are investigated. In addition, characterization of locally T-convex I-tvs in terms of a family of fuzzy pseudo-norms subject to T-convexity condition is presented.
