文章从心理账户理论视角,在问卷调查研究的基础上,运用主成分分析法对大学生学习激励心理进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,当代大学生对学校不同激励会形成相对稳定的四维心理账户,且这四维心理账户具有显著的层次性特征,即设立奖学金、提高教师素质、授予荣誉称号等对大学生学习激励作用较大,而就业指导、讲座报告会、心理辅导等对大学生学习激励作用较小。
On the basis of data collected by questionnaires, the paper makes, by applying principal component analysis, an empirical study on university students’ psychological incentives from the perspective of mental accounting theory. The re-sults show that the students will form relatively stable four-dimensional mental accounting for different incentives from the university. Besides, the four-dimensional mental accounting has significant hierarchical characteristics. For example, grant-ing scholarships, improving teachers’ quality and awarding honorary title have a greater effect on the university students’ learning motivation. While the employment guidance, lecture, forum and psychological counseling have a smaller effect on the university students’ learning motivation.
