大田试验结果表明:红壤土上施用适量的石灰能极显著增加木豆氮素营养水平,使氮代谢平衡向着有利于蛋白质积累的方向进行。在石灰处理浓度为100~150g株时,木豆的氮素水平达到较为理想的状况。随着石灰处理浓度的增加土壤脲酶,蛋白酶和硝酸还原酶的活性均呈现先增加后减少的趋势。
In farmland plant experiment, proper dosage lime application significantly increased nitrogen and protein content of Cojanus Cajan. The nitrogen content came to a good state simultaneously when the lime application dose was 100-150 g/plant. With the lime application dose increasing, the urease, protease and NRase in soil increase at first and then reduce gradually.
