在整合TOE框架和企业资源观基础上,本文提出了电子商务战略感知模型。运用105家传统企业的调查数据,采用偏最小二乘(PLS)结构方程进行了实证研究。结果显示,伙伴就绪、战略科学性、人力资源以及IS整合的感知是电子商务能力优势识别的主要影响因素。当前,管理者偏重于对IT技术认知和共享信息能力优势的识别。最后本文讨论了相应的管理启示。
Based upon the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework and resource-based view of firm (RBV),this paper develops a research model that examines the relationships between e -business strategic perception and capability advantages. The model is estimated with survey data from 105 traditional firms using PLS-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Results suggest that perceptions of partner e-readiness,strategy,IT human resource,and IS integration positively affects the identification of e-business capability advantages. This paper also confirms that managers have a strategic predilection for IT investment and to realize information sharing across organizational boundary in e-business implementation in China. Finally,implications are discussed in the final section.
