This paper is concerned with the existence of mild solutions for impulsive differential equations with nonlocal conditions. By measuring the noncompactness in the space of piecewise continuous functions using the techniques of fixed-point theory and measuring the noncompactness, the existence results are obtained without the compactness of semigroup. It improves and generalizes some previous results in this area.
