随着物联网的发展和无线传感器网络的广泛使用,以电池为主的供能方式弊端日渐显露,微弱能量收集因其诸多优点而得到了极大重视。介绍了目前微弱能量收集电路技术研究的现状,对目前的微弱能量收集电路技术进行了分析,阐述了多种微弱能量的收集,介绍了目前高效率的微弱能量收集电路的设计模式。结合目前微弱能量收集电路的优缺点,展望了能量收集电路技术未来的研究趋势和方向。
With development of Internet of things( Io T) and widespread usage of wireless sensor networks( WSNs),disadvantages of energy supply form which mainly based on battery come out more and more,because of many advantages of ultra low energy harvesting technology,it has received a great deal of attention. Present research situation of ultra low energy harvesting circuit technology is introduced,current ultra low energy harvesting circuit technology is analyzed, and harvesting of many types of ultra low energy is described,furthermore,design patterns of ultra low energy harvesting circuit which has high efficiency is introduced. Combine with advantages and disadvantages of present ultra low energy harvesting circuit,future research trends and directions of energy harvesting circuit technology is prospected.
