在温度为(174-1)℃和盐度为16±1的条件下,研究了培养密度(0.1、0.2、0.3个/mL)和容积(20、50、80、150mL)对西藏拟涵Daphniopsistibetana生长和生殖的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,低种群密度比高种群密度更有利于西藏拟淹的生长和繁殖,当种群密度为0.1个/mL时,最有利于溢体的生长和繁殖,当种群密度达到0.3个/mL时,水体中开始出现雄体(CV3组除外);在容积试验中,容积为20—80mL时,西藏拟潘的体长随着容积的增大而增大,容积为80mL时,最适宜潘体的生长和生殖;西藏拟涵的生殖量随着体长的增加而增加。
The effects of population density ( A = 0. 1 ind./mL, B = 0.2 ind./mL, and C = 0.3 ind./mL) and culture volume (VI =20 mL,V2-50 mL,V3 = 80 mL, and V4 = 150 mL) on growth and reproduction of water fleas Daphniopsis tibetana Sars (Crustacea: Cladocera: Daphniidae) were studied at water temperature of (17 ±1 )℃ and a salinity of 16±1. The results showed that there were better growth and reproduction under lower population density and the volume than under higher population density and the volume. The higher growth and neonate production were found at population density of 0. 1 ind./mL than at other population densities. The male began to be found when the population density was increased to 0.3 ind./mL. The maximal growth and neonate production were ob- served in the culture volume of 80 mL. Moreover, the fecundity of the water fleas was found enhanced with increase in the body length.
