文章开发了一种基于LabVIEW的FSAE赛车悬架数据采集系统,利用单片机进行前端数据采集,通过无线模块、串口通讯与LabVIEW进行数据传输,实现动态赛车减震器压缩量的实时采集、记录与回放,并实时计算获得轮芯跳动行程、车轮载荷大小及频谱曲线。利用系统实时反映的动态信息,可以检测车轮行程是否满足FSAE(Formula SAE,大学生方程式汽车大赛)规则要求,研究赛车在制动、加速以及转弯等极限工况下的轴荷转移情况,以指导赛车悬架性能调校及整车性能优化。
An upper computer program for Formula SAE(FSAE) racing suspension data acquisition system based on LabVIEW is developed. The front data acquisition is completed by using single chip microcomputer, the LabVIEW data transmission is realized through wireless module and serial communication, and the real-time data acquisition, recording and playback for the dynamic racing shock compression amount are realized. The wheel core jumping travel, wheel load and frequency spectrum curve are calculated and obtained in real time. The real-time dynamic information reflected by racing suspension data acquisition system can he used to detect whether the wheel travel meets the: rules of FSAE and study axle load transfer of racing car under the limit conditions such as braking, acceleration and turning, which can provide a guide for the car suspension performance tuning and optimization of vehicle performance.
