Polarization dependence of terahertz(THz) extraordinary transmission from a flexible C-shape split-ring resonance(C-shape SRR) is investigated.When the THz polarization is perpendicular to the gap of C-shape SRR,a single-peak resonance is observed owing to the inductive-capacitive(LC) resonance.When the THz polarization is parallel to the gap of C-shape SRR,a periodic multiple resonances phenomenon is observed.The simulation of the electric density distribution and surface current indicate that the asymmetric Fabry-Perot effect of the C-shape SRR attributes to the periodic resonances.
