为了减少隧道爆破施工产生的振动危害的影响,对临沂城30万t供水工程隧洞爆破施工产生的振动效应进行了研究。采用量纲分析法推导出考虑高程的爆破振动速度计算公式,并结合实测数据研究了爆破振动的高程放大效应;采用数值模拟的方法研究了爆破振动空洞效应。研究结果表明:垂直向存在爆破振动速度高程放大效应,需重点监测和控制;振速放大系数随着距爆源水平距离的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势;随着浅埋隧洞埋深的不断增大,地表振速放大系数逐渐变小;对于地表振速放大系数,总体上,垂直向略大于水平向。
In order to reduce the impact of vibration damage caused by tunnel blasting, the vibration effect of blasting construction of 300 000 t water supply project in Linyi city was studied. The formula of blasting vibration velocity considering the elevation was deduced by dimension analysis method. The heightening effect of blasting vibration was studied with the measured data, and the cavity effect of blasting vibration was studied by numerical simulation. The results showed that there was a high magnification effect of blasting vibration velocity in the vertical direction, which needed to be monitored and controlled. The magnification coefficient of vibration velocity first increased and then decreased with the increase of distance from the blasting source. The surface magnification factor become smaller gradually;for the surface vibration velocity amplification factor, the vertical direction was slightly greater than the horizontal direction.
