主要试验研究了不同的冷却方式对组合式吸液芯高温钠热管和三角沟槽吸液芯高温钠热管的再启动特性的影响。高温热管的冷却方式不同,其内部工质钠凝结的位置也不同,文中试验测试了高温钠热管的冷却水流量和冷却时放置角度的不同对热管再启动特能的影响。试验结果表明:不论是组合式吸液芯高温钠热管还是三角沟槽吸液芯高温钠热管,其停止工作时冷却水流量不同,以及冷却时放置的倾斜角度不同对热管的再启动时间的影响均可忽略不计。所以,在实际工程应用中文中研究的高温钠热管在不同的冷却方式下停止工作对其再启动性能没有影响。
Under different cooling ways the restart characteristics of high-temperature sodium heat pipes with the combined wick or the triangular grooved wick were studied experimentally and compared with each other. Different ways of cooling can cause different locations of solidified sodium in the high-temperature sodium heat pipe. The different cooling ways include the flow rate of the cooling water and the inclined angle of the high-temperature sodium heat pipe during the cooling process. The experimental results show that the influence of the flow rate of the cooling water and the inclined angle on the restart characteristics can be almost neglected,whether for the high-temperature sodium heat pipe with the combined wick or with the triangular grooved wick. So in the practical engineering application different cooling ways of the high-temperature sodium heat pipe studied in this article have no effect on the restart characteristics.
