文章在经济新常态背景下,从超契约视角研究工科院校教师激励问题.文章基于工科院校2011-2013年教师样本调研数据,实证分析职称晋升、声誉激励分别对教师工作绩效的作用效果.研究发现:职称晋升、声誉对教师工作绩效有显著激励作用.具体地说,职称晋升对教师工作绩效的激励作用具有“时间效应”,更多地体现为“事前激励”;而声誉对教师工作绩效的激励作用相对具有“持续性”,但声誉激励的范围更侧重于有职务级别的教师.本研究为进一步优化教师激励机制提供了实证支持,为解决目前工科院校教师“没心思没动力投入教学科研”问题提出了合理建议.
In this paper, from the perspective of super contract, we study the incentive problem of teachers in engineering colleges under the background of new economic normality, based on the survey data of 2011 -2013 years in engineering colleges, and analyze the effect of title promotion and reputation incentive respectively on the job performance. The research shows that: The title promotion, reputation has a certain role of the teacher,s work, from specific point of view, the incentive effect of title has “ time effect” , more reflected as “exante incentive” ; and the reputation of the incentive effect of teacher work is relatively “ sustainable” , but the scope of the reputation incentive is more focused on the job level of teachers. The study provides empirical support for the further optimization of teacher incentive mechanism, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for solving the problems of the current engineering college teachers’ mentality “no mind and no power input teaching and research”.
