Technical risk of complex product system is worth researching as it is the key index to evaluate the total risk of the project. This article identifies all the technical risk factors of the complex product system in the R＆D process and researches the key risk factors, in order to establish the risk factor bank and the risk weight, and the risk factors are evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the aim of providing reliable suggestions for the avoidance of technical risks of complex product systems in human, material and process. It has been discovered that personnel, material and technological process are of high risk, and thus need efficient management.
