采用软硬模板法制备Ce-Zr有序多级孔材料,考察Ce-Zr负载Mn、Fe、Cu金属氧化物时的催化氧化性能.SEM和N2吸附-脱附表征分析显示,制备的Ce-Zr材料呈现排列规整的有序多级孔结构,层与层之间通过三维孔道连接,并呈现交替排列.XRD分析显示,Mn、Fe、Cu可以很好地负载到Ce-Zr催化剂上.催化性能研究表明,所制备的催化剂催化氧化活性满足Mn/Ce-Zr〉Cu/Ce-Zr〉Fe/Ce-Zr〉Ce-Zr.
The hierarchical porous Ce-Zr ordered mesoporous materials were prepared by the Soft-hard duple templates method.After loading Mn,Fe and Cu elements,these samples were used to catalytic oxidation of the aceticether.The results of SEM and N2absorption-desorption characterization indicate that the resulted Ce-Zr material exhibits regular arrangement of the ordered hierarchical porous morphology.It can be seen that the three-dimensional pores were connected layers by layers.The result of XRD analysis shows that Mn,Fe,Cu can be well supported on the Ce-Zr catalyst.The catalytic performance test indicates that the catalytic oxidation activity of the hierarchical porous catalysts follows the relationship:Mn/Ce-ZrCu/Ce-ZrFe/Ce-ZrCe-Zr.Clearly,among the three samples,the catalytic performance of Mn/Ce-Zr is the best for the catalytic oxidation of the aceticether.
