英文摘要：

Objective By comprehend the tendency of human nutrition project funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China （ NSFC）, to provide policy for NSFC and reference for nutritionist. Methods The Excel2003 and SPSS software were applied for statistical analysis of human nutrition projects funded by NSFC. Results During 2001 - 2010, a total of 64 403 million yuan was funded in 253 human nutrition research projects by NSFC; in which 124 projects funded research on fat, vitamins and other nutrients, and 104 projects funded research on phenols, anthocyanins and other non-nutrients. Conclusion The nutrients and non-nutrients effecting on chronic disease and molecular mechanism should be the focus of subject selection for human nutrition research.
