分析了侧面碰撞过程和碰撞结果评价标准;针对侧面碰撞仿真中有限元模型规模大、效率低的缺点,提出了一种缩小模型规模的新方法,即以侧围部件模型代替整车模型进行侧面碰撞仿真;证明了简化模型边界条件的稳健性。将该方法运用于某车型的侧面碰撞安全性设计,结果显示,该方法既可以保证分析精度,又可大幅度地提高计算效率,具有一定的工程实用价值。
The process and criteria of side impact were analyzed. A new method based on vehicle side structure was presented to subordinate the time--consuming full--scale FEM model. Compared with the full--scale FEM model,which was validated by CNCAP side impact test, the simplified FEM model was proved to be effective and, at the same time, did not forfeit too much precision. Those boundary conditions extracted from the full--scale models were almost identical. Through applying this new method to safety design, it is demonstrated to be applicable and help to improve calculation efficiency.
