考虑温度历史的大坝混凝土强度发展与标准养护方式下区别显著,在混凝土配合比设计中需考虑该影响.本文采用温度匹配养护方式模拟典型的大坝混凝土内部温度历史,研究大坝混凝土的强度发展.结果表明,对于粉煤灰掺量为35%~50%的大坝混凝土,采用温度匹配养护在7~90d龄期内抗压强度较标准养护可提高18%~48%;较多粉煤灰掺量和较大水胶比的混凝土对养护温度更为敏感,采用温度匹配养护方式能更合理体现大坝内部混凝土实际的强度发展.
The beneficial effect of real when mixture proportion is selected temperature history upon the strength of dam concrete is worth considering Compressive strength development of dam concrete is investigated under temperature matched curing (TMC) condition simulating typical interior temperature history in large concrete darns. The strength of dam concrete with 35% -50% of fly ash increases faster by 18% -48% at the age of 7 days to 90 days in real interior temperature condition than in standard curing condition. Besides, fly ash content or water-binder ratio is sensitive to temperature of curing in dam concrete. Temperature match curing is more reasonable for the appraisal of the in situ strength development of dam interior concrete.
