英文摘要：

In order to research the isolated species and genetic variation of Clonorchis sinensis in Jilin province,the suspected Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae were checked by using microscope from Pseudorasbora parva after removing the dopant by gravity settling process.At the same time,the species was identified by PCR technology and morphology.Microscopic examination showed that they have the typical features of Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria,and the specific gene sequences amplified using PCR methods have 100% homology with the isolates in Vietnam and southern China.The results showed that Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria were successfully isolated,and the specific gene fragment was no variation compared with the isolates from Vietnam and southern China.
