近年来,天生国际化企业作为一种新的企业形态逐渐成为学界关注的焦点,我国光伏企业的成长具有明显的天生国际化现象。采用探索性多案例研究方法对我国9家光伏企业的国际化行为进行扎根研究,归纳出我国光伏企业天生国际化的特征,并分析影响其天生国际化行为的关键因素。研究表明,国际化经验、政策资源、国际金融环境、内部资源整合能力和技术创新是影响我国光伏企业天生国际化行为的五个关键因素。
英文摘要：
In recent years,born globals as a new form has become focus of the field,the growth of Chinese PV firms has a significant＂born global＂phenomenon.The born global behaviors of nine PV firms in China are studied by using exploratory multiple case studies,the behavior characteristics of born globals summed up and key factors analyzed.The results shows that international experience,policy resources,international financial environment,ability to integrate internal resources and technology innovation are the key factors which affect the born global behavior of PV firms in China.
