目的研究椎一基底动脉供血不足（VBI）眩晕患者血浆内皮素（endothelin，ET）水平与血液流变性（hemorheology），探讨其生化及血液流变因素在眩晕发病中的作用。方法观察50例VBI眩晕患者血浆ET含量及血液流变性并与对照组比较。结果VBI眩晕患者血浆ET、全血高切黏度、低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数、血浆纤维蛋白原含量高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血浆ET升高与血液高黏滞状态存在相关性，在VBI眩晕发病机制中起一定的作用。
英文摘要：
Objective To analyze the correlation between the expression of endothelin（ET） in the plasma and the hemorheology in vertebrobasilar insufficiency（VBI） veritigo,and to discuss the role of these biochemical and hemorheological factors in the devel opment of veriligo. Methods To analyze the expression level of plasma endothelin and the hemorheology in 50 patients and compare it with control group. Results The ET level,blood viscosity of high and low shear stress, RBC aggregation index,RBC stiffness index,RBC transformation index and the content of the fibrinogen of the VBI veritigo patients were significantly higher than those of the control group. There are significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The increase of plasma endothelin expression correlates with the status of whole blood hyperviscosity, and plays a certain role in mechanism of VBI veritigo attack.
