实验分别测定了2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷(0D昏1)在不同浓度、不同酸度及不同溶剂中的紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱.结果表明:随着浓度的增大,ODB-1的吸收强度增强,峰位置不变;随着pH值的增大,ODB-1的吸收光谱由可见区移向紫外区,而荧光发射光谱的强度降低;随着溶剂极性的改变,ODB-1的吸收光谱和荧光光谱发生改变.
In different concentration,pH and polar solvents the absorption and fluorescence spectra of 2-ani- lino-3-methy-6-diethylaminofluoran(ODB-1) were measured, respectively. The results showed that the maximum absorbance wavelength of ODB-1 shifted and the fluorescence emission intensity decreased with increasing of pH. When the polarity of solvents was changed, the absorption and fluorescence intensity of ODB-1 altered.
