利用直流脉宽调制技术以及半桥变换电路,为一种低能电子直线加速器成功研制阳极开关电源。根据开关电源的特点,对该电源中低压和高压部分进行详细设计。低压部分采用SG1525A为控制核心,实现脉宽调制、软启动、稳压调节以及过压保护功能。该开关电源主要指标:输出电压0~800V,最大电流400 m A,工作频率为18.5 k Hz,纹波峰值系数为0.9‰,达到设计要求。
Based on the DC pulse width modulation and Half - bridge circuit, an anodic switching power supply is developed for low - energy electron linear accelerator. Each part of the power supply circuit is particularly de- signed. A SG1525A chip is adopted in low - voltage - output circuit to achieve the following functions, pulse - width modulation, soft starting, constant voltage modulation and overvohage protection. Some significant indices are as follows, the output voltage is from 0V to 800 V, the maximum current is 400mA, frequency is 18.5 kHz and ripple peak coefficient is 0.9 . The performance of the switch power supply has met the design require- ments.
