英文摘要：
The article analyses the two impacts of science and technology progress on supply chain management：reducing order costby information technology and increasing production quality by advanced production technology. It builds an integrated ven- dor and buyer cooperative inventory model and simultaneous optimize the order quantity, delivery times, ordering cost and pro- duction quality to minimize the total cost. An algorithm is developed to find the optimal solution method. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the benefit of reducing order cost and increasing production quality.
