乡村是中华民族根脉所系，更是中国下一步社会经济持续健康发展的主要依托。当前服务于乡村人居环境建设发展的设计服务体系主要是村庄规划、土地利用规划和建筑设计等，侧重于生活物质空间的建构，由于仿照城市导致的条块分割，对乡村人居环境的整体性及生产、生活、生态等因素的本质属性及其内在关联性认识不足，很多重要问题被忽视或错失。本文基于全国第一批村庄规划示范项目的比较和分析，在我国经济发展的新常态背景之下，针对当前村庄规划不重视、未深入、未能涵蔷或解决乏力的重要问题进行剖析，完善村庄规划体系，提出村庄规划的优化模式，期望可以在我国新型城镇化战略背景下为我国的乡村人居环境可持续发展提供借鉴。

Rural area is the Chinese roots and the main dependence of next social economy sustained and healthy development of China, Currently serving the rural human settlements construction and development system design services mainly include village planning, land use planning and architectural design, focusing on the construction of life physical space, since the city modeled cause fragmentation ,many important issues are overlooked or missed, such as lack of rural living environment of integrity, the essential attribute and its inherent relevance of production, living and ecological factors.
