【目的】研究中平树根部的脂溶性化学成分,为其药用资源的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。【方法】采用硅胶柱层析法对脂溶性成分进行分离,甲酯化后再通过气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术对其进行分析和鉴定。【结果】分离出30个组分,确认了其中的21个成分。【结论】分离得到的脂溶性成分主要为脂肪酸类化合物,所有成分均为首次在该植物中分离鉴定出。
[Objective]The liposoluble components from Macaranga denticulata (Bl.)Muell.-Arg.were studied in order to provide the scientific basis for the further development and utili-zation of this medicinal resource.[Methods]Liposoluble components from Macaranga denticulata (Bl.)Muell.-Arg.were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,and then the isolated liposoluble components were analyzed by GC-MS-DS technique after methyl esterifica-tion.[Results]30 components were separated and 21 of them were identified.[Conclusion]Fatty acids were maj or chemical constituents of these liposoluble components.All the compounds were isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
