提出了一种基于HgCdTe短波红外焦平面阵列的红外成像电路设计方案。该系统的逻辑电路以FP-GA芯片为核心.采用VHDL硬件描述语言自顶向下设计了时序逻辑。采用多点校正算法对输出的图像进行了非均匀性校正。最后与采用一般两点法校正的图像进行了对比,设计结果达到了预期目的。
With the requirement of the SWIR hyper-spectral imaging spectrometer, this article describes a project of SWIR image circuit based on IRFPA detector. The field programmable gate array (FPGA) was selected to be the hardware design platform. The low voltage differential signaling was used to transfer the signal. An improved two-point correction method was chosen to correct the non-uniformity of image. Through comparing the image to normal twopoint method corrected image, this project can do the function to satisfactory result.
