前列灌洗液抑菌、促愈作用机理的实验研究

目的:验证前列灌洗液的抑菌、促愈作用,探讨其具体作用机制.方法:对前列灌洗液进行体外抑菌试验;SP法检测烫伤大鼠模型伤后第1、4、7、14天创面TGF-β1、TGF-β3表达,并观察第7、14天创面上皮细胞覆盖率.结果:观察组与对照组金葡菌抑菌圈直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),大肠埃希菌抑菌圈直径比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),链球菌抑菌圈直径比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);烫伤大鼠模型伤后第1、4天对照组和观察组TGF-β1和TGF-β3表达比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),伤后第7、14天两组TGF-β1和TGF-β3表达差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);伤后第7、14天两组创面上皮细胞覆盖率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:前列灌洗液对大肠埃希菌、链球菌和金葡菌均有明显的抑菌作用,能促进TGF-β3的表达,抑制TGF-β1的表达,从而加速创面愈合.

英文摘要:

Objective: Verify the antibacterial and healing effect of The forefront of the lavage fluid. Methods: Antimicrobial test ofrhe forefront of the lavage fluid in vitro,the wound surface expressions of TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 were examined by SP assay in scalded rats lth, 4th, 7th, 14th days after the injury,and the wound surface epithelium coverage was observed in 7th, 14th days after the injury. Results: There were no differences in staphylococcus aureus bacteria inhibitory circle diameter between observation and control groups(P〉0.05). There were different in escherichia coli inhibitory circle diameter and streptococcus mutans inhibitory circle size(P〈0.05). There were no differences on expressions of TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 in scalded rats lth, 4th, days after the injury between observation and control groups(P〉0.05), but were different on expressions of which in scalded rats 7th, 14th days after the injury(P〈0.05). There were different in the wound surface epithelium coverage in 7th, 14th days after the injury (P〈0.05).Conclusion: The forefront of the lavage fluid had the significant antimicrobial effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus bacteria. And it could promote the expression of TGF-β3, inhibit the expression of TGF-β1, thus accelerate wound healing.
