The principle and classification of the optical fiber temperature sensor are briefly introduced.The operating principle and development status of three typical optical fiber temperature sensors based on Fabry-Perot interference,Semiconductor absorption and Bragg grating are introduced,respectively.Moreover,the specific mechanism,experimented devices and research results are presented and compared.
