在计算混粉电火花加工环境中三种粉末分布及粉末间互相作用对电场的影响的基础上,提出新型双层复合粉末结构,分析粉末特性对电场变化的影响规律并利用有限元分析做了仿真验证,进而初步建立粉末-工作液混合作用体系。研究表明粉末表层材料的介电系数对电场的影响最大,其厚度的变化几乎对畸变电场没有影响。
A new 2-layer powder structure is introduced,based on powder characteristic,interaction among powders;the polarization of electric field is calculated,concentration,characteristics,size,interaction of powders and their influence on electric field are analyzed,theoretical system of powder-liquid twophase mixture is preliminary established.The results show that dielectric constants of outer layer material of the powder have important effect to electrical field and that thickness of it has little effect.
