The expression products of ScFv-PE40 recombinant immunotoxin were evaluated for the cytotoxicity to E. acervulinasporozoites in 1640 medium.The results showed that the immunotoxin has a specific cytotoxicity to E. acervulinasporozoites.The number of wandering sporozoites in treatment group is much less than control group while the mobility of the sporozoite in treatment group is much less than control group.These results showed the recombinant immunotoxin has good killing effect on E.acervulinasporozoites.
