本文总结了近10年来中药组分配伍的研究概况。组分配伍主要分为方剂中中药组分配伍、不同中药有效成分及单味药有效成分的配伍。实验通过正交、基线等比增减设计等方法对组分配伍的药效学进行了评价。这些研究不但丰富了方剂配伍理论,还为新药的研发提供了新方向。

This review summarize component compatibility in medical formulas of TCM,based on our analysis of researches in the last 10 years. Component compatibility mainly includes the component compatibility of TCM herbs in a formula,of effective ingredients of TCM herbs and that of effective ingredients of single herb. The pharmacodynamics of the active components is evaluated with the methods of orthogonal design and baseline isometric regulation design,etc. These studies have enriched the theory of formula compatibility and have developed a new idea for the research and development of Chinese herb medicines.
