分析了现有生产计划管理模式的不足,提出了一个基于协同的系统理念能够整合航空制造企业内各分布资源的优化模型。该模型能够描述企业内生产过程中复杂的供需关系,进行详细的物流与负荷平衡,可在任务组合分配、分布式生产计划与作业调度计划进行优化的过程中协调各优化模块间的冲突,平衡各模块局部利益的同时实现企业整体利益最大化。对本模型中的面向负荷均衡的协同任务规划、一体化的分布式协同生产计划与作业调度优化、协商协调机制关键技术进行了讨论。
This paper analyzed the disadvantage of the current production planning model. Proposed an optimization planning model based on the system concept of collaboration to achieve the inner resource integration of the aircraft manufacturing enterprise. The model could describe the complex supply-demand relationships, balance the logistics and the load of the produc- tion. The conflict would be harmonized by the model during the process of the tasks combinatorial optimization allocation, the distributed production planning and the job-shop scheduling. The local interests would be balanced at the same time maximize the whole interest of the enterprise. In addition, discussed the key technic relating with the model respectively, that including the load balancing collaborative task allocation technic, the integration of distributed collaborative production planning and scheduling optimization technic, the consultation and coordination mechanisms.
