The authors realize the experimental observation of green bright quadrature amplitude squeezed light through a home-made 1064mu single-frequency Nd :YVO4 laser doubled in a periodically poled KTP crystal inside a standing-wave cavity. The squeezing as a function of input power is investigated. When the pump power is 59 mW, the result is we observed 0. 6 dB second harmonic squeezing. The experimental results agree with the theoretical predictions.
